At the forefront of development leadership, you will find Monica Roberto: A friendly, high-performing and strategic-minded professional whose passion for driving growth through partnerships, creativity, and team effort is evident from the moment you meet her.

At Adam’s House, Monica will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with community leaders, businesses, foundations and individual donors across the Valley and throughout Connecticut. She will also play an integral role in fundraising events and grant writing. Prior to joining Adam’s House, Monica was the Director of Fund Development for Waterbury Youth Services, working in tandem with the Board-led Fund Development team to oversee the agency’s marketing, communication and development efforts. She is an outstanding company ambassador driven by a deep commitment to mission, vision and impact. Monica brings more than 20 years of experience in Development and Marketing for both non-profit and for-profit businesses. She lives in Woodbury, CT and spends most of her free time outdoors on her mountain and road bikes. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A in English, magna cum laude.
